One Dial. Your Exact Fit. No Velcro.
Most knee braces still use the same Velcro straps from 1941. They loosen as you walk, they slip down your leg, and "Medium" never quite matches your leg. This one has a rotary dial. Turn it with two fingers until the compression sits exactly where you want it, then get on with your day.
- ✓Turn to tighten, no straps to peel
- ✓Adjusts to your leg, not a generic size
- ✓Silicone dot band helps it stay put
- ✓Gel pad cushions the kneecap
- ✓Thin enough to wear under clothes
Please note: each brace fits either knee, so there is no left or right to pick. Just measure and choose your size. Need both knees? Pick Buy 2 below and the 2nd brace is 50% off.
Two fingers. One turn. Locked in.
Turn the dial clockwise and the internal cord draws the brace in evenly around your knee. Stop when it feels right. It holds there.
Velcro was invented in 1941. Your knee deserves better.
Straps loosen a little with every step. By lunchtime the brace has crept down your calf and you are re-tightening it in a parking lot. And the sizing was never really yours, just whichever of S, M or L was closest.
A dial fixes the part that was actually broken: the fit.
- ✗Velcro braces: loosen, slip, wear out
- ✗Generic S/M/L: too tight or too loose
- ✓A dial: your exact pressure, held

Built for hands that are done fighting with straps
Three Velcro straps means peeling, aligning and pressing each one, then doing it again when they slip. If your hands are stiff in the morning, that is a genuinely annoying way to start the day. A dial takes two fingers and one motion.

🔄 One Hand, One Motion
No pulling straps across your leg, no lining up scratchy Velcro. Reach down, turn the dial, done. You can do it sitting in a chair without bending over.

🎯 Cushioned Where It Counts
An anatomical gel pad sits over the kneecap and cushions it as you move, while dual side springs give the joint steady lateral support.

👖 Nobody Has To Know
Thin 3D knit fabric sits close to the leg, so it disappears under trousers. Support you can wear to lunch, not just around the house.
- ✓Micro adjust any time, even mid walk
- ✓Silicone dot band grips so it stays put
- ✓3D knit fabric breathes for all day wear
How to put it on, and how to take it off
The release works differently from Velcro, so here it is up front. Once you have done it once, it is obvious.
- 1Slide it up over your kneeIt fits either leg. Position it so the dial sits on the outer side of your thigh, where it is easy to reach.
- 2Center the gel pad on your kneecapSit with your leg slightly bent so everything lines up naturally.
- 3Turn the dial clockwise to tightenGo slowly and stop as soon as it feels supportive. Snug, not squeezing.
- 4To loosen, turn counterclockwiseYou will hear a click. It steps back one or two clicks at a time and takes a little more force than tightening, so ease the cord out with your other hand as you go. This is normal.
Good to know: the release is deliberately firm. That is what stops the brace loosening on its own while you walk, which is exactly what Velcro does.

Find your size
Measure your thigh 6 inches (15 cm) above your kneecap with a soft tape, standing up. That number is your size.

| Size | Thigh (inches) | Thigh (cm) |
|---|---|---|
| M | 13.7" to 15.7" | 35 to 40 cm |
| L | 15.7" to 18.1" | 40 to 46 cm |
| XL | 18.1" to 21.2" | 46 to 54 cm |
| XXL | 21.2" to 24.4" | 54 to 62 cm |
Between two sizes? Take the smaller one. It gives you a proper compression fit, and the dial lets you ease off any time. A brace that slides down is almost always a brace that was too big.

What is actually happening in there

A cord, a dial, and even pressure all the way around.
Turning the dial winds an internal cord that pulls the brace in evenly, instead of yanking it tight in three separate strap-shaped places. Even compression is more comfortable to wear for hours, and it is why the brace does not develop loose spots as you move.
- 1Dial winds the cord, brace draws in evenly
- 2Side springs steady the joint left and right
- 3Silicone dots grip skin so it holds position

What people say about the dial
The same thing comes up again and again, and it is never the fabric or the stitching. It is the dial.
"I've bought three other knee braces before this one and always felt like I was wasting money. This is the first one that actually felt like real support instead of just a tight sleeve."
"It's so thin and comfortable under my clothes that I genuinely forget I'm even wearing it most days."

"I read through dozens of reviews before buying, and one thing keeps coming up in every single review, how easy the dial makes everything."
"The dial is what sold me. You twist it until the compression locks in exactly right for your leg, no Velcro, no slipping, no guessing."
"Three weeks in and I still forget I'm even wearing it. That's how I know it actually fits right."
"I ordered a second one for my other knee. The dial locks the compression in exactly right, no Velcro, no slipping, and it just works."
